Pomegranate-Berry Smoothie

(1 2/3-cup serving)


1/2 c. chilled pomegranate juice

1/2 c. vanilla low-fat yogurt

1 c. frozen mixed berries



In blender, place juice, yogurt, and berries. Cover and blend until its pureed.





Pineapple-Citrus Smoothie


(For 1 tall glass)



3/4 c. orange-tangerine juice blend

1/4 c. carrot juice

1 c. frozen canned pineapple chunks

1/2 frozen banana



In blender, combine orange-tangerine juice, carrot juice, pineapple, and banana and blend until mixture is smooth and frothy.




Tropical Smoothie Bowl

( 2 bowls)


1 banana, sliced and frozen

1 c. frozen mango chunks

1 c. frozen pineapple chunks

1 c. almond milk



In blender, pulse banana, mango, and pineapple with almond milk until smooth but still thick, stopping and stirring occasionally. Add more liquid if needed. Put whatever is desired at the top.





Spinach Smoothie


1 c. coconut water

1 medium ripe banana

2 c. baby spinach

1 c. each frozen mango and pineapple



In a blender, add ingredients in the order they are listed. Purée ingredients until smooth.



Banana-Berry Smoothie


1 small banana

6 oz. pineapple juice

1/2 c. ice

6 oz. blueberries

6 oz. raspberries or blackberries

2 tsp. honey

1 tsp. grated peeled fresh ginger



In blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until mixture is smooth and frothy.
